Artesian selected as a finalist in CRM Idol 2012
October 29, 2012
Artesian is one of just seven social CRM companies to be included in the final shortlist
Artesian Solutions (“Artesian”), a leading provider of cloud-based Social CRM and brand surveillance software, has been selected as one of seven finalists in this year’s CRM Idol. Artesian has been recognised for its highly experienced team and extensive knowledge of the CRM and business intelligence industries. In particular, judges commended Artesian’s ability to provide B2B organisations with the information that they need to listen to their customers effectively and easily identify where new opportunities or issues exist.
Andrew Yates, Artesian’s chief executive officer and co-founder, comments on the significance of being included in the final shortlist: “Being shortlisted as a finalist in the CRM Idol reflects our commitment to the industry and our ability to help sales professionals develop personalised relationships with customers that translate into revenue. We have worked closely with the judges through the competition to highlight the contribution that Artesian is making to the CRM community and to convey our vision for the changing way that B2B companies need to engage with customers in the future.”
Andrew continues: “The CRM Idol contest offers a unique opportunity for us to increase our visibility among key industry influencers, including our mentor Frank Eliason, a veteran in the Social CRM space. Last year’s winners were GetSatisfaction and BPMOnline, who are responsible for driving innovation within the industry, and our inclusion in the final round highlights that we are competing against some of the leading companies in the CRM industry.”
To reach the final, Artesian was required to complete an interview with the CRM Idol judges, provide a 45 minute presentation of its product to industry veterans Laurence Buchanan, Mark Tamis and Silvana Buljan, and undergo a series of reference checks. As a finalist, Artesian will need to produce a 5 minute video about the company and its product. The videos will be posted to several sites worldwide and the general public will be invited to vote for their favorite company. Two winners – one from the Americas and one from Europe/Asia/Australia – will be announced on Wednesday 5th December based on the results of the popular vote and extended judges voting.
