Artesian has an opening in its development team for talented and ambitious software engineers.
The role will primarily involve the design, development and evolution of an exciting and revolutionary new WEB based business
application. You will be working with cutting edge techniques and technologies in a small team environment where you will be
involved in almost every aspect of this new products development.
Career development opportunities are numerous for the right individuals to develop and grow as the organisation grows;
advancement opportunities would include moving upwards in the technical disciplines (for example architecture & OOAD) as well
as laterally into technical consulting, technical sales or operational management.

Performance Management Consultants
Performance Management Consultants with BI and / or Enterprise Planning Experience
Are you motivated by new and fresh challenges working with corporate decision makers and delivering leading edge performance
management solutions? Artesian people are looking for consultants to work with market leading Business Intelligence and Enterprise
Planning technologies, to implement new systems and to make our customers successful.
You will have a minimum of 5 years in Business Intelligence or 3 years Enterprise Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting ideally using
Cognos products. You will be self-motivated, your colleagues will describe you as ‘having a great attitude’ and you will be able to
demonstrate that you have excellent consulting craft skills. You will often wax lyrical about the business benefits of performance
management solutions and probably have done so to your family and friends with mixed reactions.
Specifically you will have achieved:
* Successful implementations of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Scorecarding or Analytical applications
* An encyclopaedic knowledge of Cognos Report Studio, Framework Manager, Query Studio and ReportNet
* A thorough grounding in BI principles including data warehousing, data architectures and dimensional modelling
Or
* Successful implementations of Enterprise Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting applications
* An encyclopaedic knowledge of Cognos Analyst and Contributor
* A thorough grounding in Enterprise Planning principles
And
A track record of successful and referencable projects
