Our Executive Team consists of a number of experienced industry veterans with a proven track record of building successful enterprise software companies such as Salesforce.com, Aprimo, Then, Whitelight, Adaytum, Siebel and Cognos.

		Andrew Yates Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder As Chief Executive Officer Andrew has over 20 years experience including leadership roles at Cognos (BI), Misys plc (Banking and Healthcare), Eyretel plc (Call Centre CRM) and most recently as a Senior Vice President with Aprimo Inc (Enterprise Marketing) where he grew sales ten-fold establishing Aprimo as a key player in the EMEA market. Andrew’s latter focus has been on helping create early stage businesses and prior to joining Aprimo, Andrew served as CEO and co-founder of start-up Then-Solutions, a leading UK-based marketing automation software developer acquired by Aprimo in July 2004. Andrew holds an Honours Degree in Sports Science and Business Administration and is a Post Graduate in Marketing.
		Steve Borthwick Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder As Chief Technology Officer Steve has a 25 year track record latterly specialising in start-ups and prior to co-founding Artesian, was Chief Technology Officer at MRM solution vendor Then-Solutions (acquired by Aprimo Inc in July 2004) pioneering the area of dynamic content management and publishing. Steve also served as CTO of Whitelight Inc Steve led the development of in-memory analytical. Prior to Whitelight Steve was Business Development Director for Cognos Inc in EMEA where he worked with other members of the Artesian team. Steve holds an Honours Degree in Computer Science.
		Mike Blackadder Vice President Product Management and Co-Founder As Vice President of Product Management Artesian is Mike’s first co-founded start-up to which he brings over 25 years of experience in pre-sales, sales and post sales consulting in a role which bridges R&D and solution-sales and delivery. A veteran of the Business Intelligence and Enterprise Planning field Mike has held leadership roles at Cognos, Whitelight and Adaytum and is a well known Industry practitioner now applying the same principles to help Artesian customers to succeed.
		Dale Roberts Client Services Director Client Services Director heads up Artesian´s implementation and consulting team implementing Performance Management solutions. Dale has been involved in Business Intelligence and Performance Management for over a fifteen years, initially specialising in financial services data warehousing deployments for major global banking and investment institutions. Prior to Artesian, Dale was with Cognos for over 7 years latterly as European Services Director. Dale has collaborated with many global businesses to help them achieve real and incremental business value from their businesses intelligence initiatives.
		Alex Cable Vice President of Sales As Vice President of Sales has a 20+ year track record in building and driving sales organisations within the software sector at Actuate (BI), Visual Numerics (Analytics), and Cognos (BI). More recently Alex was responsible for building Beaconforce, a company providing business acceleration through outsourced business development services for software and technology companies. With an average tenure of 7 years, Alex has a well-regarded industry reputation for building high-achieving, professional and long-standing sales teams.
