Information that’s good for your business is no good if it is hidden; as a complement to our surveillance
solution we have also created a number of different mechanisms to allow people to share things they find.
Chief among these mechanisms is our forum engine, this allows people to strike up conversations about articles or related topics and those conversations themselves become a useful source of information for the system and its consumers.
There are several ways
to save and share successful and useful results within our surveillance application.
Simplest of all we have a basic “clipping” mechanism, this allows you to snapshot an interesting article and save
it to a scrap-book of clippings for later review. Your scrap-book can be saved and shared among authorised users
as needed.
For a more sophisticated type of sharing people can use our forum
application to maintain topics and threads of conversation around those topics. Threads can have article
attachments which enable you to point out topical content and discuss it. Forums can also be indexed and
search too.
