BI platforms = Computer software that provides business intelligence

ERP/CRM = Enterprise Resource Planning/Customer Relationship Management

Market intelligence = Useful information about a market or company

Metrics = Things that measure performance, usually against some kind of target

Performance data = Data about the performance of something, i.e. “sales have increased by 20%”

Tagged = Labelled as containing a certain topic of interest

Taxonomy = A collection of related business entities (i.e. companies, products, people etc.) organised by those groupings
